  1. First off....CONGRATULATIONS!!!! How exciting!!! I know you must be scared but having twins is one of the most wonderful things in the world!

Being pregnant with twins is much like being pregnant with one baby - just a little MORE! More everything....hormones, weight, heartburn, tiredness, etc. But it's twice as fun after they are born!

The actual birth is the same as a regular birth - you just have to do it twice!

My boy/girl twins are now 7 years old and it's been a wild ride. My delivery was fine. I had them vaginally with an epidural. It was the same as my delivery of a singleton, just double.

Don't worry! You can do it! Get a few books about twins from pregnancy to school age - they really do help.

Also, join your local Twins Club NOW, while you are pregnant. They are a wealth of information and often a good source for hand-me-downs and other freebies. Speaking of freebies....multiples often qualify for free stuff. Check with your Twins Club and research it on the internet - I got free formula, diapers, wipes - all kinds of different things!

My final piece of advice - let everyone pamper you while you are pregnant! Once those babies get here, they will get all of the attention so enjoy the attention you get while it lasts!!!!

Good luck! Take care of yourself!!

Natl Twins Club (they can help you find a local chapter and are a GREAT source of information!)

  2. 2 days ago you were only 2 months pregnant.

Keep up with your lies, you are obviously losing track of the lies you are telling.

  3. my friend is pregnant with twins right now and she hates it. her first pregnancy she said she loved but with this one she has been very sick and had to be hospitalized due to severe morning sickness. then as soon as that was over she went into premature labor and had to be put on light rest and now she is in the hospital on meds to keep her from going into labor, she is 30 weeks. her doctors are hoping she can stay pregnant until 32 weeks but know that she won't make it past 34. it sounds awful to me but i know that everybody's twin experience isn't like that. she is just very very small and i think the strain of all of that baby on her body has been too much.
