Best cities for young people are cities with a lot of students (university, high schools) : Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Toulouse, Nice, Strasbourg, Nantes, Angers etc..

Life will be a student life (University, studying, working for money, parties, etc...).

For culture, students are granted with special entrance prices also for movies and entertainment. Nevertheless, it costs (7,5 euros for a movie, from 10 to 20 euros for most museum)...
