What is it like in iceland in dec

me and my bf is travvelling 2 ice land in dec plz could u tell me if it normally snows that time of year

and is there any xmas markets il b travelling on the 19th dec

It usually snows or rains in December. It's very dark (only a couple of hours of daylight per day). There is a lot of Christmas lights everywhere in cities. There are no Christmas markets that I know of, but there's plenty of Christmas stuff in shops and shopping centers.

It's very cold and almost perpetually dark in December being in the Northern Hemisphere.

I think you can rely on there being snow!
