What is it like living in England?

I'm really fed up with USA. I know it's a great country to live in but i want something new when I graduate high school and college. What is it like living in England? Of course I plan to visit there before I consider moving over the pond, but I need a second opinion.

Wet, it rains near enough all the time.

I have Polish friends and they cannot believe how much it rains over here.

england has its good and bad points as any other country. i have considered moving lots of times but it will always be my home. think of it like this, the bad parts in england are bad, but they dont even come close to the bad parts in usa (ie the difference between poor areas, gangs etc)

but the good parts in england just cant beat some of the good parts of the usa. i love it in america but im always glad to come home :)
