  1. The politicians practice a different style/flavor of stupidity otherwise it's the same.

  2. Well, I live near Calgary and I love it.  I love being near the mountains.  Lots of skiing and hiking - tons of outdoor activities.

We don't have nearly as many lakes/beaches.  I wish we did.

Our taxes are the lowest in the country but housing is expensive in a lot of places right now.   There is no PST.

  3. Crappy. Vampires suck your blood and give terrible back rubs. Stay where you are.

  4. drinking age is 18

    there's no PST

    there's West Ed Mall

    Banff

    Calgary Stampede

    Mountains

    Nice people

    housing is expensive though...

  5. We only have one tax here and we don't walk around feeling superior to the rest of the country.

  6. Pssh, the only thing I like is West Edmonton Mall. My parents forced me to move here when I was 11 1/2 from my birthplace and where I had lived my whole life in Manitoba. I am now 14 and stuck living near a bunch of rich snobs. And school life sucks. I don't know how to compare it to Ontario, but Ontario is awesome! <3 Stay there, who cares if this place has amazing jobs and blah blah blah...West Edmonton Mall is the only good thing about it. They need to put more money into there schools, seriously feel like it's about to fall in on me. =[
