What is it like to work at In-n-out?

I'm looking for a 2nd job close to my house, and i heard In-n-out pays pretty good. I was wondering how it was to work there. Stressful? Fun? What are the different positions? If someone who works at one could fill me in that would be helpful

Yeah the pay is pretty good, for a fast food joint. But yes it is a stressful job, for a fast food it's very fast pace and often busy. Not always easy to get in to, due to the high pay.

Have you ever worked at a fast food resturant? There's cashiers, managers, cooks(not really), drive-thru workers. They pay about 9 bucks an hour. You have to have a "jolly" personality. Its mostly college students.

take it! i understand they have a profit sharing plan. i do know they have the best burgers on the planet, bar none !!
