What is it like to work at a hospital ?

Is it like Scrubs where everyone seems to be in a good mood and joke around with each other then get serious when something bad happens or is it always serious.

like any other job depending on the people you work with (like saying "is business work just like "the office"")

ps nothing will be as fun as scrubs

I worked as a nurse for 15 years in a hospital.  Usually it was too busy to joke around like Scrubs.  There are patients that constantly need attention, or they wouldn't be in the hospital.  Its hard work
