  1. i have no idea

  2. That's funny you ask. I'm only a teenager who still attends the Kid zone things, but I've remained close with a lot of other worrkers from the ships! I actually was asking an old cruise worker if it was harder than it looks to work on a ship. He said it was really busy, but not too difficult of work (if that makes since) and he said that you work more than you get paid, which you don't get paid a lot I'm guessing! Sorry I'm not really a lot of help! But I love the workers on the ships so I would love to see you someday!

  3. my granson works on cruises and is having a ball. It is hard  work [Bar tender] but on his hours off, he's on caribbean beaches for the afternoon. Parties with other staff are held sometimes too. He has meals included, cabin/clothes cleaned for about 5 quid a week, no shopping/ironing/travelling to and fro from work which he'd have to do if he worked on land. he's seen dozens of countries already and has only been on ship two and a half years. The contracts are six months at a time.

he's able to save as there isn't much to spend wages on, so they just accumulate.

I would recommend it to anyone.

You'll have to go through interviews and if successful, you'll need a ten year USA visa if an American line, and a marine medical certificate, that costs £80 at present [in UK]
