What is it like wearing a disneyland character costume?

i found this video someone took and it shows how using an infared camera you can see who is inside or at least their eyes. ayone that works at disney can you share what its like to wear one? thanks

its miserable. seriously. its so freakin hot in those things, then you've got kids who try to hit you and stuff cuz they think its funny.
