I'm kinda interested in this, but I keep hearing bad stories about being payed peanuts and being mistreated or something? Is this true or does it just depend where you work.

  1. Basicly, It depends what you are doing in the industry. The worst jobs in it are testing. The testers are paid very little and have alot to do such as writing down problems with the game (eg: if it freezes in a stage or mission after they perform an action, they will make a note of it. then have to try that again with a different action, different time, different character, ETC) Unless your are actually developing the games, then i'm afraid to say that what you are being told is true.

  2. well actually I'm currently trying to program c++,but that's kind of difficult for a 12 year old.I'm trying to understand the books but none of them makes sense, but from what i've heard,c++ is the best programming software so far.I'd recommend getting it.
