What is it that your child does for you that you like the most?

What makes you happy or brings a smile to your face that one of your children does for you?

I have a nephew with 2 years and he is very clever, he does  not like see his mother crying. but he likes the candies and presents the most. he adores both. if I was father I would prefer that my son want a smile than a present.

and of course how she always asks how i'm feeling. she is very attentive to me, i am truly blessed....

When they sneak up behind me and give me a hug and kiss for no reason.  Considering the type of parent I've been at times, it never fails to pleasantly surprise me.

My boys always open the doors for me and if we are in a car they change their music from what they my be listening to and put something that puts a smile on my face....I have 4 great sons...

When my son pays a surprise visit with the grandchildren ! !  He has a set of twins, 16 mos. old (1boy, 1girl) , and a 3 year old (girl). . .I laugh the whole time they are here. . .

takes me shopping at bargain stores and pays the bill--------shopping has never been so much fun but on some occasions I pay so it is always a surprise !

Hello~~It's my grandaughter that I'm thinking of, she's 18 now but I helped to raise her so I count her as a daughter too.

I think what makes me happiest is that she calls me often just to chat and laugh with me.  She shares her thoughts and interests.  She seeks my advice (not that she follows it, mind you : ) and opinions.  

I'm on her speed dial when either a catastrophe or a triump occurs in her life.

I am a blessed woman.

My youngest child is 42 years old but she is a go getter and has so many wonderful characteristics, that my hubby and I feel a great joy seeing her come of age.

She is also so very humorous and keeps us smiling.

She is a lite that brightens our life.

They tell her at her job that they would like to clone her.

My son has a wonderful sense of humor and knows how to make me laugh. My daughter shares her thoughts and feelings and trusts me with her secrets.

My daughter likes to play finger puppets with my toes sometimes...

It's kinda weird... but she even does it while I'm asleep.  I wake up with her giving my toes voices and having them talk to each other.

My daughter appreciates me and appreciated her late father.  She never misses a chance to say thank you and I love you.  Ever since she was a child, she has worked really hard on creating just the perfect birthday, Mother/Father's, and Christmas messages for us.  She never buys a greeting card; instead, she makes one and writes a lovely letter inside detailing her feelings and what she's grateful for over the past few months.  She's always very specific and very sincere.  These cards are my favorite gifts of all time.

My daughter just turned one on saturday.

I work graveyards, so i wake up in the afternoon.

When i come into the living room, she stands up with the biggest smile on her face and says "DAAAAA!!!" and runs to me.

It is the best feeling in the world

my daughter has taught my 5 year old grandson how to use sign language to communicate with me . he started to sign , even before he could speak . cool or what ? lol

I love my daughters just from them breathing. ;) My eldest is so affectionate and is in my corner on everything. Makes me smile just thinking about it. I just love her. Also, another smile I have on my face these days is that my Medic Navy Baby goes to Iraq to keep our country free and she takes care of our wounded soldiers. I found out that she ~chooses~ to go. The Navy did not decide for her. That made my admiration for her go sky high. :~) Not only does she do this for me, but for all of us.

Makes me praise God that He gave me these beautiful girls so I could be their Mother. <><

They are my heart..my kids are my world it has been an honor to raise them and a privilege to know them.  The best thing they could have done..was grow up leave home and become productive people and they have excelled that.  they are in their twenties and both are more grounded and stable people with families of their own. They are more mature now than i am.  They have exceeded all my expectations.  What more could they possibly do.  I have three beautiful grandsons!  Tyler..Jacob..Cael and they rock!
