  1. Depends on par for the hole.  If it is a par 3, birdie.  Par 4, eagle.  Par 5 double eagle.

  2. Par 5 = double eagle

    par 4 = Eagle

    Par 3= birdie

  3. Every golf hole has what is known as PAR. Par is the number of strokes that a golfer should take to complete that hole. Generally speaking the longer the distance from the tee (the place where you take your first stroke) to the hole, the greater the par. So depending on the length of the hole the par will be either 3 , 4 or 5 strokes.

So if you get the ball into the hole with 2 strokes on a -

Par 3 - you are 1 under par or it is called a birdie

Par 4 - you are 2 under par or it is called an eagle

Par 5 - you are 3 under par or it is called an albatross

I too am awful at golf..I've never had had a hole in 2 balls

  4. par 3- birdie(common amongst profesionals)

par 4- eagle(hard to acheive even amongst the best in the world)

par 5 - albotross/double eagle-( next to impossible for any kind of golfer)

a par is the number of strokes a hole should be played by a profesional point of view.

the number (par)3,4 and 5 means the amount of shots. the increase in number means the increase in length of that hole.

  5. Par 5 = Double Eagle ( Albatross)

    Par 4= Eagle

    Par 3 = Birdie

  6. It all depends on the par for the hole. 2 strikes on a par 3 is a birdie,on a par 4 is an eagle, on a par 5 is a double eagle and on a par 6 is an impossibility.
