  1. Its mental with him. He can be very inconsistent at times, and also tries to finish points off too early.

  2. Blake is a great all-around player but he can be quite inconsistent and his body doesn't seem to react well to long matches and his mental toughness isn't very high at times. Besides that, the guys who are in the top 10 with him have all of the things he doesn't have and they know what it's like competing on the biggest stages of grandslams and guys like Federer, Rafa, Djokovic and Roddick all know what it takes to win a grandslam. I'd always thought he could win at least one but he's got allot of setbacks, but he's still an awesome player and he's always great in Davis Cup.

  3. He gives up too easily.

  4. blake is pretty good all around but he is way too inconsistent and his body cant take the long matches that he usually ends up playing...ive seen him play plenty of 5 setters and win, thenn he comes out the next day and has no energy.

  5. he's too inconstant and his stamina isn't all that good. he lost most of the 5 setters he played. something around 5 wins and 10 losses

  6. If he was not born on the same era as Nadal and Roger, he would win all the grand slam. Oh well, tough luck for him.
