What creates reality, all of it, is the law of attraction in action and how individuals use its different parts.  It always works the same way and there are no exceptions, never have been and never will be.  That is justice.  It is absolutely consistent.

it is a word invented by humans and can be found in the dictionary

basically it means "the administering of deserved punishment or reward."

keep in mind that "deserved punishment or reward" is decided by humans. Evil and Good are also words created by humans.

Justice is the concept of moral rightness in action or attitude; it is closely linked to fairness. A conception of justice is one of the key features of society. However, views of what constitutes justice vary from society to society and person to person.

Its a concept , found in every society, which not always necessarilly works on the basis of "everyone is equal".

Since every civilization and culture holds different value systems, the definition of justice might vary from more barbaric cultures ( an eye for an eye, cutting off a hand for stealing), to relatively civilized ones ( 5 months for stealing, 2 for smoking pot).

   Since none of us knows yet what it really is or even if there is such a thing as Justice, we place different values on different actions, and things, and balancing those values back- if disturbed by someone- is called justice.

but all the things justice counts for are physical things.(e.i murder,rape,mugging). But there are things far worse than those that are of mental state.
