A traditional doner kebab is made from minced mutton & other bits you dont realy want to know about.

Here they are made from minced lamb/mutton I dread to think what else gets scrapped up & shoved in it.

My local kebab shop makes thers from minced lamb/mutton & you can see them putting the whole thing togther.
