  1. These 2 words stand very close 2 each other In kinematics v deal with the final &inetial conditionsand dont bother about the cause of motion . But in dynamics v deal with intial ,path and final conditions. And kinematics is a branch of Dynamics If u r not satsfied by this ans u can refer 2 any mechanics text book

  2. Dynamics (not dinamatics) is that branch of classical mechanics which deals with forces and their relationship to motion.

    Dynamics is divided into two sub-branches i.e, Kinematics and Kinetics.

    Kinematics deals with motion without reference to force or mass. It deals mostly with space, time and velocity relationships. The basic Mathematical relationships are given by the following:

    1. Vf= Vi + at

    2. S = Vit + (1/2)at^2

    3. 2aS= Vf^2 - Vi^2

    Where;

    Vf = final velocity

    Vi = initial velocity

    t = time

    a = acceleration

    S = distance

    Kinetics deals with the study of the motion of mass in relation to the forces acting on it. It deals with he subjects of momentum, force and its relation to acceleration, impulse and kinetic energy. The basic equations of which are;

    1. P = mv

    2. F = ma

    3. E = (1/2)mv^2

    4. I = Ft

    Where;

    P = momentum

    F = force

    m = mass

    a = acceleration

    v = velocity

    E = kinetic energy

    I = impulse

    t = time

    While it may sound simple with the above basic definitions, Kinematics and Kinetics actually deal with very wide fields of applications. For example, a very good understanding of Kinematics is necessary to be able to design complex industrial processing tools and machines. One the other hand, proficiency in Kinetics would be necessary in the determination of power requirements, forces, velocities and stresses occurring in machine components.
