From what I understand, bioreserves is the idea of conserving what we have (plants, animals, ozone, etc), while meeting the needs of the earth's increasing population.

There has to be a balance somewhere, but we are falling behind in ensuring a usable Earth for future generations. Renewable resources is a KEY component of this.
