What is lastest version of artlink w/ 180e to use...

Question

I' ve bought some .ART files online to use with my V2.0 Artlink program. However, it is too old to read these new files. I've seen a V4.0. Is this new enough?Also anyone know of any other editing / designing programs under a $1000 to be used with the old machines (Artista 180's etc). Doesn't seem right that noone has figured it out yet......
