What is leaden paralysis?

I was reading about Atypical Depression and it was one of the symptoms. I know about all of the other symptoms but I have no idea what leaden paralysis is. I googled it first, but I didn't get any results that helped. Thanks, Sarah Jane :D

Paralysis-loss of function

My assumption would be a decline in functionality of one or many regional areas throughout the body caused by a high concentration of lead in the blood.

Actually Lead Paralysis is paralysis due to lead poisoning.  "Leaden Paralysis" is a term for extreme fatigue related to atypical depression.
