Question:

What is left to do?

For those of you that haven't seen my other questions, I'm fighting to get my baby back from a wrongful adoption. (I was lied to about my options and drug tested were falsified).I’ve done everything I can think of. The adoption agency won’t call me back and neither will the adoptive parents. I have an attorney and he filed an emergency petition, but it was denied. I talked to the police, child protective services, Kaiser hospital, which is where all this happened, I went to the Mayor’s office and the Governer’s office. I don’t know what’s left. I just want my little boy back. I can’t even sleep. Please, if there’s anything you can do or think of, let me know. Thanks.

  1. Call the local newspaper NOW. And get them to cover the story.

You need to make a lot of noise.

I am a mom, and I would jump in front of a bus for my baby, so I can only imagine how this must feel.

Get a new lawyer and kick up a HUGE fuss.

  2. Bored guy is right GET A BETTER LAWYER. Talk to Carlos and ask about Gary Ward. This is America, there is nothing a good lawyer can't do!

I don't know the situation, but do you have any evidence that the tests were falsified?

You can also try to make the case that the child is better off in the care of the biological parents rather than the adoptive ones.

  3. No that is it...

    The child is gone.

That is the way it works..

who wants to give back 10 000 buck or more..?

Who wants to get in trouble..

  4. Get a better lawyer

  5. Get a different Lawyer!

  6. i would contact joe soll at adoptioncrossroads.org

He has a list of likeminded lawyers that will REALLY fight for you in every state across the country.

  7. Have you contacted Concerned United Birthparents?  I think that they have contacts in the legal community that specialize in these cases.

Also, if you are in the US, try this organization that specializes in CPS cases.

    http://www.fightcps.com/

    Good luck!

  8. Your doing all the right things, you could try a new attorney.  These situations can take a long long time, you should be prepared that this could possible take years and be extremely costly.

  9. Doesn't the attorney have any other ideas? Can you prove the drug testing was falsified and you were lied too? Maybe a media outlet will help you (which will also turn the whole thing into a circus if they take your story so it should be a last option)

  10. pray and stay positive.

    They say "visualization" helps.

So picture him in your mind returning to you, and having him with you....as you think so it becomes.

  11. Dont give up!  I would go to the media at this point.  Also check into the websites Grapesmum suggested.  Get a different lawyer, but if you get enough media coverage, lawyers might come seeking you.  You have my support.  Good luck!

  12. Well, im not an expert on all of this,

but i feel your pain, i have a niece,

who is going back and forth from a split up,

mother and father, so i also hardly ever see her,

but this is your baby your talking about,

all i can say is keep your head up high,

    keep trying, never give up!

  13. I'm so sorry for you... That's so sad, losing your baby. But don't lose hope, you may get hime back yet!

Collect all the paper evidence. When you go to court, you have to have lots of evidence so start collecting them. If the agency, adoptive parents, hospital, etc., aren't answering, maybe you could try tipping the story off to the media... You might catch their attention that way.

    Good luck to you.
