  1. If you have money and willing to spend it, yes.

  2. Saigon is ok, i rather live in Da Lat.

  3. Saigon is a large and very busy city.  Traffic can be horrific and you won't believe the amount of motorbikes. the city itself ranges from beautiful to trashy.  There are many very large trees through out the downtown and out lying areas.  Restaurants and service oriented markets and shops abound.  You can find just about anything here.  there are some notable hotels like the Caravelle, Rex and many more.  The weather is variable.  Afternoon rainstorms happen quite often and serve to help keep the city clean. Overall I would rate it as a 60% on the "would I live there?" scale.  It actually drives me crazy after a week or so but I don't really like city life.

  4. First of all, SG is a VERY busy city. There are over 7 millilions people living in its area so the air and the traffic are just horrible. Main streets get stuck all the time, you have to live near where you work to get to work in time but it's kind of spread out, so if you live in this area, you won't be able to get to a perfect restaurant in another area. However, some area in the 1st district is quite good for fresher air and better accomodation though it costs. People usually do not go to recreation centers in HCMC and there's no ancient towns or beautiful hills and beaches like in Danang (central VN). Generally speaking, if you prefer a more relaxing lifestyle, then you're not going to be in SG; but if you're working in a big business in VN, then SG is the best choice we have.

I copied this from traveler. ha!

  6. Depends, if you like the hustle bustle of the city, you won't have any problem living there. However, some people prefer a quiet, more relax and cleaner air, Dalat is a better place for you.

I was born in Dalat. I still have lots of good memories there. Anyone has been there will never forget this city.

  7. Busy and crowded. Sometimes I prefer to go to another town for vacation.
