What is life with playstation?

Ok, I've heard of playstation home. but never have i heard of life with playstation. I'm eager to know since the psn was down today and i heard many rumors (who knows if they're true) saying that maybe just maybe that it could be ps home or life with playstation

jsut a few extra tools, about the only one i know of is the weather map, sort of a live Google Earth type thing which shows weatehr aroudn the world ( and also over your house) but im assuemign it'll ahve a few extra features, maybe RSS feeds, stuff like that.

But yeahs its expected sometime before September as they promised it would come ut August and they have a few days left( was due end of July, but hit some technical hiccups) so it may have been why PSN was down.
