  1. Interesting question.  One thing to think about is, "what did people 60 years ago think the world would be like today?".  Sadly, we haven't advanced nearly as much as they thought we would.

But it's fairly safe to say that assuming the human race is still around:

    * There will be many more people

    * Those people will want to go places and buy things, and increased transportation and manufacturing will mean increased pollution unless something major is done to curb that

    * Farm yields per acre will have increased somewhat

    * Any current debts that are still not paid off by then will be huge (I'm thinking of the US foreign debt, specifically)

    * Medicine will have advanced a fair bit

    * There will still be wars

  2. Well good, then at least I won't have to read silly posts like yours.

  3. Obviously, I can't tell the future, but here's what I think, or rather hope, it will be like.

*World War III(our last war) against al Qaeida will have ended some fifty years ago.

*Since then, humans will have been exploring ways to become more enlightened and spiritually in tuned.

*We will, in some ways, have gone back to our roots.  It'll be communal living everywhere.

    *Possessions won't matter.

*We won't be using money so much as trading.

*People will be way nicer and more empathetic.

*We will also be very spiritually in tuned.  We will be possess abilities of telepathy, levitation and telekinesis.

*Global warming will have been conquered.

*(This is just totally out there, but who knows?)  We will have found a way to travel through wormholes.

    *Medicine will be much better.

*Through education, poverty will be eliminated.

*We will all be one race of people together for a common good.

I realize that this represents a small minority viewpoint, and people probably won't believe me, but hey, everyone's entitled to their own opinion.  Personally, I think the poster's opinion is total bogus!
