lol seriously if you want good ones they are all Japanese.. and pretty costly

Well the best deck of all time is probably the old chaos return decks, they were amazing, but yes.. all banned. The best deck will always change with new sets of a ban list change. So this question is tough to answer. right now its Gladiator beasts, but before that it was DAD return. So it changes with the times, but ban list aside I must say chaos return.
