Ohm's law does not work in case of non ohmic conductors like diodes,electrolytes,filaments etc.Besides temperature has to be kept constant during the course of the experiment.

Ohm's law is not valid for very extreme temperatures, It isn't valid for transformers

ohm's law state that. Voltage = Current * resistance, more over voltage is the force measured in volts, while current is the flow of electricity and resistance is the blockages or those things that resist the flow of electricity or current.

If you read Ohm's law as resistance is proportional to voltage, then:

temperature is the one limitation, resistance varies with temperature, and depending on materials, it can vary a lot.

Another is breakdown voltage, any device will start conducting more current than normal if the voltage is high enough, either through internal voltage breakdown or external arcing through the air.

Semiconductor junctions are an obvious limitation also.
