What is located at the center of the earth?(not in the core but at the crust)?

Such a center does not exist.  Take a ball to compare, there are some distinctive "landmarks" on a ball, the valve, a rim, perhaps a logo, but none of them could be considered the "center". Or set up a dozen people in a circle, who's standing in the middle while still being part of that circle instead of being surrounded by it ? (that position would correspond to the core of the earth).

The world's center of population is found to lie "at the crossroads between China, India, Pakistan and Tajikistan".  What  you would find there are mountains; K2 would be a good landmark.
