Mawashi Empi Uchi

Mawashi - round/rotating and other similar words (Mawashi Geri is the roundhouse kick, etc)

Empi - elbow

Uchi - can mean "inside" or also "strike."

So I would guess that the Mawashi Empi Uchi is an elbow strike coming from a circular direction (such as from the outside, or from the side going up and over the top in a circular way....).
