Kindness my dear...when you look at someone just smile...if they look at you weird so be it...smile anyway  it feels so good...next time you are so mad you could bite a nail in two..look into a mirror and really just smile at yourself. just doing that is funny..its hard to stay mad then...LOL!...helping others for nothing more other than the satisfaction of doing it..that's love...help where you see the need...every small thing anybody does in kindness for another makes this world a better place to be......so be sweet and polite to the next person you see... keep trying..it gets easier...I am one of those kind of people who strike up a conversation over eggs in the grocery store...drive thru, LOL!  people really do miss having real non judgmental conversations about life....but then...I have had some women look at me like I was dirt and walk off in a huff!. because I spoke to them.....haha!  . I just smile and walk on....:0)
