What is mcbuilder.exe?

My Laptop has Vista on it and had been running fine for a long time, but now everything I do slows down to a halt, I opened up the task manager and found that a process called mcbuidler.exe is hogging up 50% of the CPU every few minutes for about a minute.

what is it? and how can i disable it?
