If so, that is the nickname her father gave her when she was a little girl, and then her friends began o call her that too.  Avril used that nickname when she use to sign into hotels while on tour (so paparazzi and stalkers couldn't find her. lol), and now uses it as the name of her new clothing line.  She's also stated possibly using the name if she ever has a daughter too.  :-)
