What is mean "cops put a warrant out for the guys arrested"

I was harassed by member Board of Directors in Condominium. I was attacked by this same person. Now I have an attorney. But in Florida you need to have 2 incidents to have restrain order. Harasser has alcoholism problem. She is old lady.Situation Is unbelievable. Very afraid and stressed. She lives in 2 doors from me on this same floor.I have an attorney. He wrote her letter, but if somebody is drinking is a serious problem. She just walk on cat walk at 8:30 pm I can see on my camera.What I should do. Where to report?

If she starts bothering you, call the police.  That's about the only thing you can do in the moment.  You didn't say how you were attacked.  Physically or verbally?  Have you contacted the Board of Directors and let them know about the problem?  I would think that would be the first step....even before running to a lawyer.

the police dept would be a good start
