Physically, entropy is a measure of the number of states a system can access at a given energy.  In terms of computer games, the number of states is equivalent to things like the number of sprites, where they can be located, and the number of choices a player can make.  The equivalent of energy is essential the time spent playing the game.

So for games, the entropy is the measure of how many different ways you can play the game within a given amount of time.
