What is meant by an "all mountain, lo fi" snowboarder?

that describes a snowboarder who shouldnt be on the slopes he or she is on.  its like an unadvanced snowboarder just plowing his or her way down the mountain.

I have never heard the term "lo fi" referring to a snowboarder.  However, the term refers to low fidelity when talking about sound production.  The more common use calls something "lo fi" if it is unsophisticated.  So I imagine an all mountain lo fi rider is someone who gets down the slopes but just doesn't look good doing it.
