  1. continuous means ongoing or standard/program is to change the programs/stations/songs/ and peak it the upper level or max

  2. These are different ways of specifying the power delivery capability of amplifiers.

Continuous power is the only honest spec - it means you could connect a sine wave signal to the amp and produce the stated level of power all day without overloading the amp.  It is the same as RMS power (root mean square) which is the equivalent dc heating power of a sine wave function.

Integrated program power is a less than honest way of saying that the amp could produce greater power that it could for sinewave material.  This is similar to "Music Power" used in the Hi Fi arena to make amp specs read bigger than the amps really are.

Peak power is the absolute maximum power an amp can produce briefly.  For example, a sine wave signal of 30 volts rms going into an 8 ohm load produces 112.5 watts rms.

But at the instant the sine wave reaches its peak voltage, the voltage is 1.414 times its rms value and the power at that instant is 223 watts.  Again, the only honest way of specifying amp power is continuous rms output.
