money is something that can make people go crazy. if someone is poor they often worry about money problems and try to get lots of money there whole life. Then there are the rich people who spend there money like crazy, They will spend and spend to where they just keep throwing there money away and search to get more of it. Alot of people want money but wht people have to realize is that it may get you some cool stuff but dont let it take over your life because life is too short to do something like tht to it. That is way people say money is evil.

it means it makes people greedy and full of pride.  among other sins.  if you dont have it and want it-greed.  if you have allot and make it known-pride. it could also lead to gluttony-over doing (eating,spending ect ect). and many more reasons im sure

You're not talking about 1 Timothy 6:10, "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows", are you?  

We're cautioned that it's not money, but *the love* of money that is wrong.

In more contemporary terms, money makes you do things you don't want to do.

money is the root of all evil.......people will do almost anything for money - it's greed, the feeling of power, wanting more more more and better than the other guy!  You can buy not just things with money, buy people, decisions, you can make things happen with money.  But, it really depends on the person.  There are a lot of 'good' people who are smart with a lot of money...but generally it's trying to keep up with the Joneses that will get you in trouble.  Lotta people are losing their houses because of that....re-financing to buy toys when they really can't afford to do it.  Buying on credit, etc....

If you love money then you most likely will stop at nothing to get it (money).

If you love money then you most likely put money in front of God, therefore you worship money (false idol), that's one of the ten commandments.
