What is meant by "ccc" in computer?

In context of emails:

cc means carbon copy

bcc means blind carbon copy (recpients of the email wouldn't know to whom all the mail has been sent)

CCC is Catalyst Control Center for ATI video cards.

If it's CC as in carbon copy - everyone would see the email addresses it went to, bcc is blank carbon copy and it will hide the email addresses it was sent to.
