This is being used by the cricket commentators in Indian premier league. I am really not sure if if its really "city" or some other word, but the pronunciation suggests that it is city.

    Because  Citi  group,which owns  Citibank  is one of the sponsors of IPL

    That's why the commentators  have to say that

    during the match when a four/six is hit or when a wicket falls.
