  1. its means to work for the whole day(or the maximum time), when you didn't have time even for taking some rest

  2. I thought I would give you a more realistic answer… It simply means that 'you were kissing a taller person the whole day.'  Much better than saying you were toiling the whole day, huh!!!.

  3. MEANS "I was working hardly whole day"

    or

"I was too busy whole day"

  4. that saying means that you were ready for anything, Ready to pounce or jump at a moments notice. Being prepared for anything. That you were so prepared for anything that you were already in the act of Reacting.

  5. its a phrase which means that the person has had a hectic time all through the day and couldn't relax or take rest.

  6. basically it means you've been totally on the move and busy the whole day. because when you run really fast, its just the toes that supports your whole body. similarly the term is used to denote that you've been so busy the whole day

  7. It means to be on alert all day or to be standing all day..lol..

  8. this means that the person was working the whole day most of the time
