  1. An obligate aquatic vertabrate would be any animal of the Phylum Chordata, Sub-phylum Vertabrata (it has a backbone) that MUST live in water. If it's viable, then it's alive and functioning.


  2. marine biology is not what i studied but it has to do with parasites on fish

    well obligate is to do with parasites
