What is meant by the comments?

In the area where it shows how to get points, it says 'comments'...which are separate from votes, ranks, and questions. What are those? It says I can do 30 at this time.

If you browse through Questions with Best Answers already chosen, you can comment on the Best Answer if you'd like. That what the comments are.

it's an after effect. the question is answered, but you still feel like putting in "the last word". that is what the comments are for.

comments on other best answers... few people do it but if you feel the need to say something about the answer thats the only way to do it once it is close and resolved
