  1. The A is altimeter.  RMK is remark.  A02 is an automated station that has a weather discriminator for precipitation.  SLP is sea level pressure. Virga is any kind of precipitation, not reaching ground but evaporating in mid-air.  I believe that the T10061133 is temp and dew point in tenths.

  2. TAFs don't give temperature or dew point.

  3. A3013 = Altimeter= 30.13

    RMK = Remarks

    A02 = Type of automated reporting equipment

    SLP = Sea Level Pressure 1020.1 Millibars

    VIRGA E-S = Virga East through South clockwise

    T10061133 = Temperature -6.1C Dew point -3.3C

    VIRGA = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virga

  4. Hourly Temperature and Dewpoint

    T1006 means ..the one is for below zero celsius (0 is above zero Celsius, 1 is below zero Celsius)the first number will always be either a 1 or 0. this is followed by a three numbers giving the temp to the nearest tenth. in this case, the temp is

    - 00.6c

    followed by the dew point.....1133 meaning -13.3c
