  1. read the labels.. not all 'vegan'   ,    'vegetarian'   and soy meat type products are not created equal.

    most you'll find will have animal product in them such as casein.

  5. It is made from pure vegetables, but the process is so detailed, that it makes it takes like real meat.

  6. They can be made with any type of vegetable protean: beens, nuts, seeds, grains. They also use processed soybean products like: tofu, and TVP. Often different vegetables, mushrooms and spices are added to give them more flavor and nutritional value.

    Non vegan burgers often have eggs and dairy added.
