  1. If it ends in "lol" it's a beta blocker.


  2. I believe the correct spelling is METOPROLOL.  

    Metoprolol is a selective beta1 receptor blocker used in treatment of several diseases of the cardiovascular system, especially hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure).
