What is min - max wage for working for BMW?

Question

because i have a choice to pick what ever dealer that i want to work in ( i worked really hard in school) such as porsche , BMW , SAAB, DODGE but sadly not ferrari =[

The figures quoted by the first poster seem a bit too high?  What are the starting salaries of the same positions? I know he said "up to" but these seem higher than he average salary of a doctor, dentist, lawyer etc in my state.

i went through the same thing (went to school and then had various options... even ferrari, they wanted to send me to monticello) personally, i can tell you that working for bmw is some of the easiest cars to work on, even compared to audi or mercedes.... the pay is good if you dont have a greedy-*** team leader... they started me out at 16.00 in kentucky (as a step student) im now up to 18. i would go for bmw or mini, they are easy to work on but still have that stigma where people will still bring their cars in for work... i went to step training in orlando, and all the instructors were great.. fyi- no matter what manufacturer you choose, try to get a short contract because if it becomes a nightmare then you wont be s.o.l.

It depends on what work you do and the size (Sales and or Service throuput) of the BMW dealer.

A good Tech can earn up to 150k

A good Parts Mgr can earn up to 200k+

A good Svc Mgr can earn up to 250k

A good Salesperson can earn up to $350k

A good GM can earn 500k+

This also depends on the owner of the store.....

PORSCHE because they sell more high end expensive cars and services than BMW!!! More higher sale purchases and services + rich people= more commission sales and money will come your way.

Pro= more high sales means more higher salary

Con=BMW sells alot more cars than porsche do.

porsche high sale price low volume sold

bmw low sale price high volume sold

your choice to weigh the pro and con. I would go with BMW the sales are more constant!!! I love bimmers!!!
