What is minimum wage for waitresses in Ohio?

I am trying to research for class and i can't seem to get anyone to have the same answer. i know it is posted on signs outside of local business' but how accurate is that when u live in a big city?

Half of minimum wage plus one cent.

Current Federal minimum wage is $6.55 per hour.  They don't have to actually pay that as tips count as part of a waitresses wages.  But if the tips don't make up the difference, the restaurant has to pay enough more so the earnings equal minimum wage at least.
