This is a difficult question as there is no "minimum wage".  The majority of australian rates of pay are governed by what we call "award wages".  These wages vary in different industries and different classifications.  A 20 year old Grade 1 Junior working in a restaurant in New South Wales would earn $478.17 per week full time, or $15.11 per hour, Monday to Friday casual, under the award.  You need to know your industry and your grade to determine the award wage.
