  2. I am still searching for the answer about how much of our moral selves is something inborn and how much acquired through our upbringing. We all instinctively sense the intrinsic 'evil' in some people, as also the 'good'. So is that something they are born with? Which means we ourselves have a kernel of morality we are born with. And if something is dictated by THIS intrinsic moral core, that is the extent of that person's moral obligation - and because it is so utterly individual, you cannot lay down standardised guidelines for moral obligation...

  3. You and I have absolutely no moral obligations towards each other. As two independent creatures capable of thought, we should logically realize that it is in our best interest to help ourselves.

    Moral obligations are societal lies to keep people working for each other when in truth we have no automatic moral debts.
