What is more difficult, computer science or electronic engineering? I'm just curious. I want to major in one or the other but to take the path of least resistance. Which one is harder?

  1. Look electronic engineering is very very very wide and it has a lot of sub-disciplines. And even if you´ll specialise in one you will need to learn the others. Therefore is i harder.

  2. Electronic engineering is one of the hardest engineering majors available.  While computer science is no cakewalk, it is easier than computer science, but it also depends on the school and what you're good at.

  3. depends what you want to do, comp scientists can do awesome things like artificial intelligence but thats a specialty within computer science but thats like later after you graduate u can learn to get into that. but you need good grades

  4. A electronic engineer by far. You know that you can get your docters degree in electronic engeneering and become a rocket scientist. For computer science you just need a handbook and you are half way through. Cool job though. I think there is more of a future in electronic engeneering, because it contains computer science any way.

  5. Everything is easy as long as one studies well and practice much.

You could "easily" master any of the above if you would like to, you just need to choose what you think is "enjoying" for you. then go ahead.

Don't bother with difficulty/simplicity. Bill Gates is not a genuis, but he likes his work. That's it :)

    Good Luck
