What is more flashy for men, a necklace or a ring?

I'm debating on whether to get a ring or a necklace but I want to know what is more noticeable.

I think the necklace might be a bit more noticeable, but it should be quite about the same as a ring, really. It obviously depends on what necklace you wear, or what ring.

When a person looks at someone they look at the face,I think a necklace is better because people really don't look at your hands.

Necklaces are soo much better one a guy. most girls don't look at the hand alot. I like the beaded/shells/beachy necklaces guys wear,, they're so cool. when I see a guy with necklaces on, just, wow. So I say go with a necklace! :D

Well I think a necklace because not everyone will be looking at your hand's and most eye contact is in the eye's and around the face so people would notice the necklace more.
