  1. well the truth is normal soda cause people say that diet soda gives you cancer.


  2. There is actually still some controversy about this. Some researchers (these results are not conclusive, however) suggest that diet soda could be linked to Alzheimers. Since we don't know that for sure, for the moment, we should answer based on what we do know which is that regular soda contains sugar which obviously affects blood sugar levels and means the drink contains more calories which makes us fat.  Both contain caffeine as well which can raise blood pressure. The best thing... avoid soda altogether and drink water although I'm sure that's not the advice you were hoping for :-) .

  5. What does it really matter, since soda is bad for you period? (Carcinogenic for instance). As for sugar versus aspartame, refined sugar is obviously not good for the body but the chemicals in aspartame have other effects as well so there's your answer. I drink a Coke from time to time, say a couple times a year, but I will take refined sugar over Aspartame any day.

  6. well really none is healthy but if you had to chose i would go for diet because of the amount of calories regular has hope i helped but remember they are not as good as plain water

  9. Neither. Both are bad for your body. Both are equally unhealthy. They are unhealthy in different ways, and some of the same ways. (Sugar versus artificial sugar, but both have terrible carbonation)
